摘要 为降低建造成本,控制不锈钢用量,以某双相不锈钢化学品船为研究对象,考虑货舱区的结构布置及应用水平槽型舱壁,兼顾降低不锈钢用量,同时减少对舱容的影响,采用有限元分析方法对主船体货舱结构进行验证,分析设计中的技术难点。 In order to reduce construction cost and control the stainless steel consumption,taking a dual-phase stainless steel chemical tanker as the research object,the structural layout of cargo hold area and the application of horizontal groove bulkhead were considered to reduce the amount of stainless steel and the influence on the tank capacity.The finite element analysis method was used to verify the main hull structure,and the technical difficulties in the structural design were analyzed.
