随着国家信息化建设的发展,会计档案管理也加快了电子化建设的步伐。电子化的会计档案能提高管理和监管效率,防范财务风险,查阅和使用方便,节约成本,绿色环保。会计档案电子化建设可以从提高领导重视程度、完善制度建设、加强安全保障和培养复合型人才几个方面着手。
With the development of national informatization construction,accounting file management has also accelerated the pace of electronic construction.Electronic accounting files can improve the efficiency of management and supervision,prevent financial risks,are easy to consult and use,save costs,and are green and environmentally friendly.The electronic construction of accounting files can start from several aspects:increasing the importance of leadership,improving system construction,strengthening safety guarantees,and cultivating compound talents.
