摘要
在20 kPa下,用Rose汽液平衡釜测定己酸+乙酸、己酸+乙酸丁酯、己酸+环己酮、己酸+ε-己内酯,4个体系的二元汽液平衡数据,采用Herington面积积分法对汽液平衡数据进行热力学一致性检验,结果显示所有的实验数据均符合热力学一致性。采用NRTL和Wilson活度系数模型对4个二元实验数据进行关联,得到4个二元交互参数。将模型模拟的计算值与实验值进行比较,结果表明Wilson活度系数模型更适用于该4个组分体系的汽液平衡计算。
The binary vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE)data of n-hexylic acid+acetic acid,n-hexylic acid+butyl acetate,n-hexylic acid+cyclohexanone,n-hexylic acid+ε-caprolactone were measured by Rose VLE kettle at 20 kPa.All experimental data were consistent with thermodynamics consistency by using herington area integral testing.NRTL and Wilson activity coefficient models were used to correlate the binary experimental data,and the binary interaction parameters were regressed.Through comparing the simulated value and experimental value,Wilson model was more suitable for the VLE calculation of the four components system.
