摘要
依托郑济高铁黄河特大桥公铁合建段钢桁结合梁工程,在对其公路混凝土桥面板横向分析中进行了一系列研究:带肋板与无肋板两种结构的受力对比、先张与后张两种预应力筋体系组合配置、预制板+湿接缝结构计算分析处理等。通过研究可知:带肋板通过加肋的设置,相较无肋板,以增加较小的混凝土用量取得更大的跨越能力;采用先张束+后张束相结合的预应力体系,可充分利用各自优点,适合钢桁结合梁公路桥面板施工与受力要求;预制板+湿接缝结构的分析处理,由于其截面形式与承受荷载的不同,可通过采用两个模型,按照其施工成形时间与对应荷载情况,实现对预制板和湿接缝两部分进行详细分析计算。
Relying on the steel truss composite girder of Yellow River bridge on the Zhengzhou-Ji’nan High-speed Railway,which is a combined road and rail bridge,this paper conducts a series of researches on the transverse analysis of its highway concrete bridge deck,including comparison analysis of the deck and deck with ribbed plate;the combination and allocation of the pre-tensioning tendon and the post-tensioned tendon;analysis and treatment of the precast deck and wet-joint.Research results conclude that the deck with ribbed plate can offer greater span ability with additional small amount of concrete.As a means to take advantages of their virtues,the structure of the prefabricated boards in wet-joint should adopt the combination of pre-tensioning tendon with post-tensioned tendon.Because of the variations in cross-sections and loads,two transversal analyzing models of the prefabricated boards in wet-joint can be used to analyze and calculate the prefabricated boards and wet-joints according to the completion time and appropriate load.
