摘要
管桩作为一种装配化和绿色化的建筑产品在铁路桥梁应用日益增多,为了研究铁路大中桥管桩基础下部结构刚度的影响因素及总结管桩基础的合理布置形式,采用有限元软件及理论分析的研究方法,对管桩基础的桩数、桩径、桩距和斜率等因素对管桩基础刚度的影响规律进行参数化分析;以刚度、承载力和圬工量为控制指标分析管桩基础合理的布桩形式。研究结果表明:拉大桩距、加大桩径、设置斜桩和管桩填芯等方法均可以增加管桩基础刚度;其中,采用加大桩距和布置斜桩的方法对刚度提升效果显著且经济性好,斜率宜控制在1/10~1/8;同时给出了矮墩和高墩的不同桩数管桩的布置规律,墩高较低时优先选用8根?1 m行列式桩基布置,当墩高较高时,为了满足线刚度要求一般采用斜桩,推荐顺桥向布置的最外两列桩采用斜桩,中间桩采用直桩。
As an assembled and green construction,pipe pile is increasingly used in railway bridges.In order to research the influencing factors of stiffness and reasonable layout form of pipe pile foundation of large and medium-sized railway bridges,this paper uses the finite element software simulation and theoretical analysis method to conduct a parameterized analysis of the pipe pile foundation stiffness and study the influence law of pile number,pile diameter,pile distance and slope,and works out reasonable layout form of pipe pile under the control indexes of stiffness,bearing capacity and masonry volume.The results show that the stiffness of pipe pile foundation can be increased by increasing pile distance,increasing pile diameter,setting inclined pile and filling the core concrete of pipe pile;due to its better economy,the methods of increasing pile distance and setting inclined piles have a significant effect on the improvement of stiffness,and the pile slope should be controlled at 110~18;meanwhile,the layout rules of pipe piles with different numbers of piles for low and high piers are given;when the pier height is lower,the matrix layout with eight pile foundations of?1 m is preferred;in the case of higher piers,the method of setting inclined piles is generally adopted to meet the line stiffness requirements,and it is recommended that piles of two outsides rows along the bridge direction should be inclined piles,and the middle piles should be straight piles.
