摘要
肝硬化属于中医的胁痛,臌胀,积聚等范畴,病机复杂,虚实易淆,治疗棘手。张杰教授临证五十余年,对于肝硬化的治疗通常以气血水着手,以脾土气虚为本,血瘀水聚为标,治疗权衡于扶正与祛邪之间,扶正以健脾、调肝、养肾为主,祛邪以行气、活血、利水为要。初期补中益气,使正气存内;中期活血通滞,俾气血畅通;后期利水救标,标本同治,其顾护中焦脾土贯穿始终。张师处方精妙,机圆法活,通过气血水的关系对肝硬化提纲携领,纵千头万绪,总归一贯。
Liver hardening belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine,such as flank pain,swelling,accumulation,etc.,the disease mechanism is complex,virtual and solid objects are easy to treat the spine.Professor Zhang Jie has been diagnosed for more than 50 years.The treatment of cirrhosis usually starts with qi,blood and water,which is based on qi deficiency of spleen and earth,and blood stasis and water accumulation as the standard.It mainly focuses on strengthening the spleen,regulating the liver and nourishing the kidney.It mainly focuses on promoting qi,activating blood and benefiting water.At the beginning of the replenishment of qi,so that the positive gas stored inside;In the middle stage,it can invigorate blood stagnation and make qi and blood smooth.After the period of water to save the standard,standard and treatment,the care of the jiao spleen soil throughout.Dr.Zhang’s prescription is exquisite and his method is active.He carries the outline of cirrhosis through the relationship between qi,blood and water.
