摘要
目的:探讨苦黄洗剂坐浴熏洗在防治混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效研究。方法:选取符合标准的混合痔患者40例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各20例,对照组换药前予以高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察组使用苦黄洗剂坐浴熏洗,治疗前后分别记录各组肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀、便血各项评分,统计相应症状开始缓解时间。结果:治疗前后对比,观察组患者肛门疼痛、水肿、坠胀及便血症状较高锰酸钾组明显缓解(P<0.05),且各项症状缓解时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦黄洗剂坐浴熏洗可减轻混合痔术后患者肛门疼痛,促进水肿消退,缓解肛门坠不适,减少术后出血,疗效确切且优于高锰酸钾。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kuhuang Lotion in the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Select 40 patients with mixed hemorrhoids that meet the criteria and randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group,each with 20 cases.The control group was given a bath with potassium permanganate solution before dressing,and the observation group was given a bath with bitter yellow lotion.Fumigation,before and after treatment,record the scores of anal pain,edema,swelling,and blood in the stool in each group,and count the time when the corresponding symptoms begin to relieve.Results:Comparing before and after treatment,the observation group had higher symptoms of anal pain,edema,swelling,and blood in the stool.The potassium manganate group was significantly relieved (P<0.05),and the relief time of various symptoms was earlier than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuhuang lotion can relieve anal pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,promote edema,relieve anal discomfort,and reduce postoperative bleeding.The curative effect is definite and better than potassium permanganate.
