摘要
为研究EFS土壤固化剂固化效果,设计3种固化土配合比方案,对土体7d无侧限抗压强度、水稳定性、抗冲刷性进行试验研究。结果表明,A2组试件(6.5%水泥+EFS土壤固化剂)满足城市道路轻交通底基层一级固化土7d无侧限抗压强度要求;A3组试件(8%水泥+EFS土壤固化剂)满足城市道路轻交通基层三级固化土7d无侧限抗压强度要求;A1~A3组试件均具有良好的水稳定性;A1~A3组试件经一段时间冲刷后表面均完整、无溃散,抗冲刷性良好;EFS土壤固化剂可促进水泥与土颗粒胶结成整体,提高路用性能。
In order to study the solidification effect of EFS soil stabilizer, three kinds of mix proportion schemes of solidified soil were designed, and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength, water stability and scouring resistance of soil were studied. The research results show that A2 group specimens(6.5% cement + EFS soil stabilizer) can meet the requirements of 7 d unconfined compressive strength of one-level solidified soil for urban road light traffic subbase. A3 group specimens(8% cement + EFS soil stabilizer) can meet the requirements of 7 d unconfined compressive strength of three-level solidified soil for urban road light traffic base. The water stability of A1~A3 group specimens are good. After a period of scouring, the surface of A1~A3 group specimens are intact without collapsing, which have good erosion resistance. EFS soil stabilizer can promote cement and soil particles to form a whole and improve road performance.
