摘要
高速铁路路基上拱造成无砟轨道高程异常,超出轨道扣件调整范围,影响动车行驶速度和平稳性。以西北地区某高速铁路路基上拱段为研究对象,针对常规整治措施效果较差的问题,通过取样分析确定上拱原因,在单线封锁的条件下,采用暗挖法在路肩开挖竖井后挖取路基回填料,并改换为钢筋混凝土结构,重新施工支撑层,并进行落道调整。路基上拱整治完成后,轨道结构动、静力学指标均在限值范围内,动车运行安全性与平稳性满足要求,整治效果较好。
The upper arch of high-speed railway subgrade causes an abnormal elevation of the ballastless track, which exceeds the adjustment range of the track fasteners, and affects the speed and stability of the train. This paper takes the upper arch section of a high-speed railway subgrade in the northwest region as the research object, aiming at the problem of conventional remedial measures poor effect, the cause of upper arch is determined by sampling analysis. Under the condition of single-line blockade, the subgrade backfill is excavated after the drilled shaft is excavated at the road shoulder by the undercutting method and replaced with a reinforced concrete structure. The support layer was re-constructed, and the track drop adjustment was carried out. Through the treatment of the ubgrade upper arch, the dynamic and static indicators of the track structure are within the limit, the running safety and stability of the train meet the requirements, and the improvement treatment is good.
