摘要
气体钢瓶的危险辨识是高校实验室安全使用气瓶的前提。将GHS标签制度和气体的FTSC编码用于气瓶的危险辨识,辨识出物体打击、火灾、爆炸、中毒、窒息等风险。通过计算,得出不同气体的化学爆炸、物理爆炸TNT当量以及气体泄漏对实验室氧气浓度的影响,对气瓶的潜在危险进行量化分析,并从气体的相容性、可燃气体报警器的设置、实验室接收气体钢瓶的安全检查要点以及气瓶安全附件的定期检定等方面提出气瓶安全管理的有效措施。
Hazard identification of gas cylinder is the premise of safety use of gas cylinders in university laboratories. GHS label system and FTSC code of gas are used to identify the risk of gas cylinders, such as object strike, fire, explosion, poisoning, suffocation, etc. The TNT explosion equivalents of chemical explosion and physical explosion of different gases are calculated, and the impacts of gas leakage on oxygen concentration in laboratory are also valued. Quantitative analysis is made in identifying the potential risk of gas cylinders. The effective measures of gas cylinder safety management are put forward from the aspects of gas compatibility, combustible gas alarm setting, safety inspection points of receiving gas cylinder in laboratory and periodic verification of gas cylinder safety accessories.
