摘要
苹果蠹蛾(Cydia pomonella L.)是为害苹果和梨的重要蛀果类害虫,也被我国列为检疫性有害生物。鉴于前期田间调查发现在苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫[Grapholita molesta(Busck)]混合发生果园,苹果蠹蛾性信息素对梨小食心虫有很强诱捕作用。为提高苹果蠹蛾性信息素引诱的专一性,本论文通过在宁夏苹果园和山西梨园布置仅含苹果蠹蛾性诱剂和苹果蠹蛾性诱剂+梨小食心虫迷向剂的两种处理诱捕器,研究了梨小食心虫迷向剂对苹果蠹蛾和梨小食心虫诱蛾量的影响。2019年和2020年苹果园的田间试验结果显示,苹果蠹蛾性诱剂+梨小食心虫迷向剂对梨小食心虫的诱捕量仅为单独使用苹果蠹蛾性诱剂的1.9%(2019)和3.0%(2020),而梨小食心虫迷向剂对苹果蠹蛾诱捕量无显著影响。2020年梨园试验结果表明,苹果蠹蛾性诱剂+梨小食心虫迷向剂对梨小食心虫的诱捕量为单独使用苹果蠹蛾性诱剂的1.3%。同时本研究还发现,在试验期内梨小食心虫迷向剂挥发速率随时间变化关系为先升高后降低。当梨小食心虫迷向剂释放速率高于0.31μg/min时,可以有效提高苹果蠹蛾性诱剂专一性。本研究表明,在苹果蠹蛾性诱剂中添加梨小食心虫迷向剂可以显著降低苹果蠹蛾性诱剂对梨小食心虫的诱捕量,提高苹果蠹蛾性诱剂的监测专一性,结果可为提高苹果蠹蛾性诱剂监测技术的专一性提供指导。
Codling moth(CM)(Cydia pomonella L.)is a quarantine pest in China and a destructive fruit borer,which seriously harms apple and pear.In view of the findings of previous field investigations,quite a few oriental fruit moth(OFM)were captured by the traps baited with sex pheromone of CM in orchards infested with CM and OFM.In order to improve the specificity of sex pheromone of CM,this paper studied the effect of OFM pheromone dispenser(OFMPD)on capture efficacy for CM and OFM,through traps baited with CM lure and"CM lure+OFMPD"in Ningxia apple orchards and Shanxi pear orchards.In field trials of apple orchards from 2019 to 2020,the numbers of OFM caught by"CM lure+OFMPD"were 1.9%(2019)and 3.0%(2020)of the numbers of OFM caught by CM lure,while OFMPD have no significant effect on the numbers of CM captured.The field trials of pear orchards showed that the numbers of OFM caught by"CM lure+OFMPD"were 1.3%of the numbers of OFM caught by CM lure.In the experimental period,the release rate of OFMPD increased at first and then decreased with time.When the release rate of OFMPD was higher than 0.31μg/min,it could effectively avoid the OFM.This study indicated that CM lure combined with OFMPD could significantly reduce the number of OFM caught and improve the specificity of sex pheromone of CM.The present results could be used to enhance specificity of monitoring technology of CM.
