摘要
目的探究综合护理在重症慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院急诊内科2019年2月至2020年10月收治的100例重症COPD患者,应用随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组50例实施常规护理,研究组50例实施综合护理,对两组患者的气血指标、生活质量与治疗满意度进行对比分析。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的动脉血氧分压、氧饱和度、动脉血二氧化碳分压指标均相对较优,且生活质量良好,治疗总满意度达到96.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科重症COPD患者治疗中,综合护理模式的应用可取得理想治疗效果,在帮助患者缓解病情的同时,还可调节心理状态,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2019 to October 2020 were collected and they were divided into two groups by a random number table method.The control group(n=50)received routine nursing,while the study group(n=50)received comprehensive nursing.The two groups'blood gas indexes,quality of life and treatment satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group had relatively better indexes,such as partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood,oxygen saturation,and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood.The quality of life was good,and the total treatment satisfaction reached 96.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of COPD patients in emergency department,the application of comprehensive nursing model can achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.While relieving the conditions of patients,it can also adjust the psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.
