摘要
提出一种新型装配式悬挑轻钢模架施工平台体系,并依托实际工程分析其受力性能。建立简化承载力计算模型,进行轻钢模架支撑系统三维有限元分析,阐明施工平台体系结构的损伤过程和破坏模式,计算极限承载力。结果表明,该新型施工平台体系的破坏模式为三角架竖杆局部屈曲、斜杆失稳破坏;利用简化承载力计算模型计算所得的极限承载力与有限元模拟结果基本一致;该新型施工平台体系正常使用状态下结构安全可靠。
A new prefabricated cantilevered light steel formwork construction platform is proposed,and relying on actual engineering to carry out its force performance analysis. A simplified bearing capacity calculation model is established,and the three-dimensional finite element analysis of the light steel formwork support system is carried out. The damage process and failure mode of the construction platform system structure are clarified,and the ultimate bearing capacity is calculated. The results show that the failure mode of the new construction platform system is the partial buckling of the tripod vertical rod and the failure of the inclined rod;the ultimate bearing capacity calculated by the simplified bearing capacity calculation model is basically consistent with the finite element simulation results;under normal use,the new construction platform system structure is safe and reliable.
