摘要
针对高频链矩阵整流器(HFLMR)传统调制策略存在共模干扰强、直流纹波大以及开关管应力高等问题,提出了一种改进电流空间矢量调制策略。该策略重新设计矢量扇区,建立新的占空比计算公式,选择间相邻的有效矢量作为基本矢量合成参考电流矢量。与传统双极性电流空间矢量调制策略相比,该调制策略不仅有效地降低了输出共模电压峰值,抑制了直流电流纹波,而且减小了变换器二极管的电压应力。最后,搭建了一台基于数字信号处理器(DSP)+现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的样机验证了所提调制策略的正确性和有效性。
An improved current space vector modulation strategy is proposed to solve the problems existing in the traditional modulation strategy of high-frequency link matrix rectifier(HFLMR),such as high common-mode interference,large direct current ripple and high voltage stress of converter switches.This modulation strategy redesigns the vectors sector,establishes a new calculation of duty cycle and selects the adjacent effective vector as the basic vector to synthesize the reference current vector.Compared with the traditional bipolar current space vector modulation,this modulation strategy not only effectively reduces the peak of output common-mode voltage and the DC ripple,but also lessens the voltage stress of the converter diode.Finally,an platform based on digital signal processor(DSP)+field programmable gate array(FPGA) is built to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed modulation strategy.
