摘要
针对隔离型DC/DC电源的性能测试,设计了一种非隔离双向DC/DC电子负载。该电子负载拓扑结构为四开关Buck-Boost(FSBB)电路,采用单调制波双载波控制方式可在Buck模式、Buck-Boost模式和Boost模式间实现三模式平滑过渡,基于负载数学模型,采用双闭环控制及模型跟踪,可以模拟各类电池和负载的I-U特性,与隔离型DC/DC被测电源构成了直流电封闭能量循环系统。测试系统具有结构简单、高效、宽电压范围等优点。最后搭建了一台6 kW电子负载实验样机平台,并验证了设计方案的可行性。
For the performance test of isolated DC/DC power supply,a non-isolated bi-directional DC/DC electronic load is designed.The electronic load topology is a four-switch Buck-Boost(FSBB) circuit.The mono-wave-making dualcarrier control mode can realize the smooth transition between the Buck mode,Buck-Boost mode and Boost mode.Based on the load mathematical model,the dual-closed-loop control and model tracking can simulate the 1-U characteristics of various batteries and loads,and constitute the direct current closed energy circulation system with the isolated DC/DC power source under test.The testing system has the advantages of simple structure,high efficiency and wide voltage range.Finally,a 6 kW electronic load experimental prototype platform is built,and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified.
