Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy on ALT and AST levels in patients with acute cholecystitis, and to compare their safety. Methods 70 patients with acute cholecystitis those admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group underwent small incision cholecystectomy, and the study group underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The operation, liver function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the length of incision, blood loss, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter(P<0.01).Compared with those before operation, the serum levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in the two groups were increased on the second day after operation, but the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of surgical complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has less effect on body injury and liver function, which is helpful for postoperative recovery and has higher safety.
