摘要
针对传统低温运载火箭发射场测试方案设计在一度故障情况下存在导致箭上产品损坏的隐患情况,为确保箭上产品安全性,提出将比较危险的测试状态与可能导致箭上产品处于某种程度失控的测试状态分开的设计原则,并结合新一代大型低温运载火箭特点,对总检查测试方案进行了重新设计,消除了该隐患。
Specific to the situation leading to possible damage of devices installed on launch-vehicle in the progress of test scheme designing for traditional cryogenic launch-vehicle,a test safety principle is used to designing test scheme is presented,which says that the dangerous test status ought to be conducted separately from the status which might leading to the out of control of the devices installed on launch-vehicle to a certain extent,and then the improved design for the overall test scheme has been conducted according to the features of the new generation large-scale launch-vehicle,eliminate the hidden dangers.
