摘要
为了防止液体火箭发生POGO振动,中国现役火箭主要采用金属膜盒式蓄压器进行抑制设计。蓄压器的工作环境较为复杂,主要包括严酷的振动载荷及输送管压力,在振动载荷一定的情况下,输送管压力对蓄压器的振动及疲劳特性有着重要影响。采用Abaqus对蓄压器在不同液路压力下的振动特性进行了研究分析,给出了压力对蓄压器性能的影响规律,为后续蓄压器产品设计、改进提供参考。
In order to suppress the POGO vibration of liquid rocket,the metal bellows accumulator is mainly used for vibration reduction of domestic active rockets.The working environment of accumulator is complex,including sever vibration load and hydraulic pressure.When the vibration environment is established,the pressure of the pipeline has an important influence on the vibration and fatigue characteristics of the accumulator.Abaqus is used to analyze the vibration characteristics of accumulator under different pressures.The influence law of pressure on accumulator performance is given,which provides reference for subsequent accumulator product design and improvement.
