摘要 深方园区B105-0042、B105-0119地块基坑开挖深度大,超过14 m。根据深基坑设计方案,主要采用排桩支护。为加强基坑施工完成后排桩、地铁等的变形成果。结合基坑方案及场地周边环境因素,布置多个变形监测点。根据变形结果可知:基坑周边建筑物变形较为稳定,在支护桩施工期间及0119地块西侧基坑开挖期间基坑变形出现了较大变化。 The deep excavation depth of the foundation pits in the B105-0042 and B105-0119 plots in the Shenfang Park is large,exceeding 14m.According to the design plan of deep foundation pit,the pile support is mainly adopted.In order to strengthen the deformation results of piles and subways after the completion of the foundation pit construction.Based on the foundation pit plan and surrounding environmental factors,multiple deformation monitoring points are arranged.According to the deformation results,it can be seen that the deformation of the buildings around the foundation pit is relatively stable,and the deformation of the foundation pit has changed greatly during the construction of the supporting piles and during the excavation of the west side of the 0119 block.
