摘要
宿豫丁嘴金针菜生产系统是以金针菜生产为核心的农业系统,于2020年入选第五批中国重要农业文化遗产。金针菜作为中国原产作物,在漫长的历史时期内经历了由观赏植物到药用植物、再到食用蔬菜的转变。而江苏宿豫丁嘴地区凭借良好的自然条件、社会环境不仅成为金针菜的重要产地,而且进一步发展形成了以金针菜生产为核心的宿豫丁嘴金针菜生产系统,传承至今。本文拟以金针菜在中国种植历史以及角色的转变为背景,通过分析宿豫地区自然、经济、文化等条件,挖掘金针菜生产系统经济、生态、文化等方面的价值。
The production system of golden needle vegetable in Dingzui of Suyu is an agricul-tural system based on the production of golden needle vegetable,which was selected as thefifth batch of Chinese important agricultural cultural heritage in 2020.As a native crop inChina,needle-plant has experienced a long history from ornamental plants to medicinalplants,and then to edible vegetables.With good natural conditions and social environment,Jiangsu suyudingzui area has not only become an important producing area of golden needlevegetable,but also developed into a production system of golden needle vegetable in suyud-ingzui.Based on the history of planting and the change of its role in China,this paper analy-zes the natural,economic and cultural conditions in Suyu District and explores the economic,ecological and cultural values of the production system of this plant.
