摘要
试验旨在分析不同型号直压乳糖的粉体特性对可压性的影响。采用4种不同型号的直压乳糖进行压片,获得压片压力、硬度及抗张强度数据。测定4种不同型号直压乳糖粉体的粒子形态、松密度、振实密度、真密度,计算获得相应的流动特性Carr指数和孔隙率,根据测定的结果与其可压性关系进行分析。结果表明, 4种直压乳糖粉体的可压性关系为一水乳糖(厂家A)>无水乳糖(厂家C)>无水乳糖(厂家D)>一水乳糖(厂家B)。直压乳糖粉体的可压性与流动性存在一定正相关性;粉体的孔隙率越大,可压性越好。同时,乳糖粉体的表观形态为多孔隙不规则状时,可压性会更好。
The influence of powder characteristics of different types of direct pressure lactose on its compressibility was analyzed.Using the four different types of direct pressed lactose to compress tablets,obtain the data of pressure,hardness and tensile strength.Determine the particle shape,bulk density,tap density and true density of 4 different types of direct-pressed lactose powders,and calculate the corresponding flow characteristics,Carr index and porosity,and then analyze the relationship between the measured result and its compressibility.The results showed that the compressibility relationship of four kinds of direct pressure lactose powder was obtained as follows:lactose monohydrate(manufacturer A)>anhydrous lactose(manufacturer C)>anhydrous lactose(manufacturer D)>lactose monohydrate(manufacturer B).There was a certain positive correlation between the compressibility and fluidity of direct-pressed lactose powder;The greater the porosity of the powder,the better the compressibility.At the same time,when the apparent morphology of the lactose powder was porous and irregular,the compressibility will be better.
