摘要
本文根据巨菌草力学特性,设计出一款巨菌草专用粉碎机,该机集合粗粉与细粉为一体,粉碎效率高,粉碎粒度均匀、细致,对粉碎轴、粉碎刀具、锤片、动刃、压辊等重要零部件进行了设计,通过对重要部件的受载情况进行分析,运用材料力学危险截面的校核法对其进行校核,保证其安全性。
According to the mechanical characteristics of giant JunCao,a JunCao stalk crusher with high crushing efficiency,uniform and fine crushing particle size and a combination of coarse powder and fine powder was designed.The crushing shaft,crushing cutter,hammer,moving blade,pressure roller and other important parts were finely designed.By analyzing the loading condition of important components,the dangerous section checking method of material mechanics is used to check them to ensure their safety.
