摘要
数字渔业是实现渔业现代化的关键,对渔业转型升级具有重要意义。本文阐述了浙江省数字渔业发展概况,对数字渔业发展的优势和制约因素进行整理与分析,并在此基础上提出了加强数字渔业发展顶层设计、完善渔业信息服务平台、构建数字渔业人才培养体系、开展数字渔业示范点建设和深化“数字+渔业”融合等对策建议。
Digital fishery is the key to realize fishery modernization and is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of fisheries.In this paper,the development of digital fisheries in Zhejiang Province was described,and the advantages and constraints of the development of digital fisheries were analyzed.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as strengthening the top-level design of digital fishery development,improving the fishery information service platform,building a digital fishery talent training system,carrying out the construction of digital fishery demonstration sites,and deepening the integration of“digital+fishery”.
