摘要
分银渣处理工艺主要分为火法与湿法两种处理方法,湿法又分为全湿法处理和半湿法处理方法。大冶有色选择的是湿法与火法相结合的半湿法提取分银渣中有价金属的综合回收新工艺,整个工艺流程包括碱性熔炼分离阶段、选择性沉淀阶段以及碱性熔炼造贵铅三个重要阶段。重点介绍了碱性熔炼分离阶段、选择性沉淀阶段以及碱性熔炼造贵铅的原理。通过工业化试验准备、实施取得的成果、经济效益方面,论证了分银渣处理新工艺存在的问题及改进方向。
The silver slag treatment process is mainly divided into two treatment methods:fire method and wet method,and wet method is divided into full wet treatment and semi-wet treatment.Daye Nonferrous chooses a new process for comprehensive recovery of valuable metals from the semi-wet extraction of silver slag,which combines wet and fire methods.The entire process includes alkaline smelting separation stage,selective precipitation stage and alkaline smelting process.Three important stages of lead.It focuses on the principle of alkaline smelting separation stage,selective precipitation stage and alkaline smelting to make precious lead.Through the preparation and implementation of the industrialization test,the results and economic benefits have demonstrated the problems and the improvement direction of the new process of processing silver slag.
