摘要
目的观察氯霉素泼尼松搽剂的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂扩散法测定氯霉素泼尼松搽剂在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈直径;采用试管两倍稀释法测定氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌都形成抑菌圈,且对三种细菌的MIC为(0.3125~0.625)mg·mL^(-1)、MBC为(0.625~1.25)mg·mL^(-1);氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对3种细菌的抑菌圈直径均大于阴性对照搽剂(P<0.01)。结论氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌具有明显的抑菌活性。
OBJECTIVE To observe the antimicrobial activity of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment in vitro.METHODS The agar diffusion method was used to determine the inhibition zone diameter of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa;the two-fold dilution method was used to observe the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa.RESULTS The inhibition zones of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa were observed,and the difference of inhibition zones diameter between chloramphenicol prednisone liniment and chloramphenicol liniment was no significant(P>0.05).The MIC and MBC of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment was 0.3125-0.625 mg·mL^(-1) and 0.625-1.25 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.The inhibition zone diameters of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa were both larger than those of the negative control(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The chloramphenicol prednisone liniment has obvious antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro.
