摘要 介绍了某核电汽轮机中低压轴承箱结构、作用、设计要求,针对工件尺寸大、重量大、精度高、刚性差、结构复杂等特点,制定了先进、适用的工艺方案,提出了保证加工精度的工艺措施,改变了核电汽轮机轴承箱的传统加工方式,既有效保证制造精度,又降低了生产成本。 Structure,effects and design requirements of a nuclear power turbine intermediate and low pressure bearing box have been described.Regarding to characteristics of large and heavy size,high precision,bad stiffness,complex structure of the workpiece,advanced and applicable process scheme has been established and process measure ensuring machining precision has been put forward to efficiently guarantee manufacturing precision and reduce production costs instead of conventional machining manner of nuclear power turbine bearing box.
