淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(breast cancer related lymphedema,BCRL)是乳腺癌术后最严重的并发症之一,主要原因是手术破坏淋巴引流系统,导致上肢、腋窝和肩部淋巴循环代偿功能降低,上肢淋巴回流继发性障碍,最终引起淋巴水肿[1]。目前,针对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿有多种治疗方法,主要目的是减轻症状,防止上肢功能进一步退化[2]。
