摘要
文章选取国内的浙江图书馆、深圳图书馆与国外的南非盲人图书馆、英国爱丁堡城市图书馆、俄罗斯托木斯克市立农村图书馆这5所图书馆面向视障用户开展的信息素养教育实践作为优秀案例,总结其特点,归纳其经验,获得提高教育方式的灵活性、开展持续性强的教育、完善教育保障体系、增强教育内容的针对性与细分视障用户群体的启示,以期能为我国公共图书馆开展面向视障用户的信息素养教育提供借鉴。
This paper selects Zhejiang Library,Shenzhen Library in China,and South African Library for the Blind,Edinburgh City Library in the United Kingdom and Municipal Rural Libraries of Tomsk Region in Russia,and summarizes their characteristics and experiences.The inspirations are as follows:improving the flexibility of education methods,carrying out sustainable education,improving the education guarantee system,enhancing the pertinence of education content,and subdividing the visually impaired user group.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for the development of information literacy education for visually impaired users in public libraries in China.
