摘要
目的:对阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎的效果进行观察研究。方法:对2017年3月—2020年3月滨海县中医院收治的60名小儿胃炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑治疗,对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗。观察每组患者的治疗效果,不良反应,利用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行数据统计分析,比较两组患儿一般资料、治疗效果,不良反应,有无统计学差异。结果:观察组和对照组的药物治疗有效率分别为93.3%和73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为23.3%和20.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿莫西林克拉维酸钾联合替硝唑治疗小儿胃炎疗效显著,副作用低,对治疗小儿胃炎具有一定临床推广价值。
Objective:To observe and study the efficacy of amoxicillin potassium clavulanate combined with tinidazole in the treatment of infantile gastritis.Methods:Sixty children with gastritis treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The study group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium combined with tinidazole,and the control group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium.The treatment effect and adverse reactions of each group was observed.With SPSS22.0 statistical software for data statistical analysis,the general data,treatment effects,adverse reactions and whether there was statistical difference between the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the general basic data between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of drug treatment in the observation group and the control group were 93.3%and 73.3%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 23.3%and20.0%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amoxicillin potassium clavulanate combined with tinidazole is effective in the treatment of infantile gastritis with low side effects and has a certain clinical value in the treatment of infantile gastritis.
