摘要
针对当今高职教师专创教育存在着认识不清、授课内容滞后于行业发展、教学能力不能满足教学需求等问题寻求对策,准确定位专创教育目标,树立"以岗位创事业为导向"的专创教育新理念,提高自身的创新意识;从开发课程标准、创新课堂、参与教学能力比赛或指导学生比赛、创新教材、实施教学改革等多方面提升教学能力;教师深入企业学习,了解企业所需,确定授课内容与培养企业所需保持一致,确保教学与科研协调发展;从学校层面完善专创教育制度,打造高水平专创融合师资队伍.
In view of the problems existing in today’s higher vocational teachers’creative education,such as unclear understanding,teaching content lagging behind the development of the industry,teaching ability can not meet the teaching needs and so on,this paper seeks countermeasures to accurately position the goal of creative education,establish a new concept of"career oriented"creative education,and improve their own sense of innovation;To improve teaching ability,we should develop curriculum standards,innovate classroom,participate in teaching ability competition or guide students’competition,innovate teaching materials and implement teaching reform;Teachers should go deep into the enterprise learning,understand the needs of the enterprise,determine the teaching content and keep consistent with the needs of the enterprise,and ensure the coordinated development of teaching and scientific research;From the school level,we should improve the system of specialized innovation education and build a high-level teachers team of specialized innovation integration.
