摘要
以乐山大佛游客中心项目异形双曲面清水混凝土屋面结构为背景,对异形双曲面清水混凝土屋面的施工技术进行了介绍。通过采用BIM技术对复杂节点工况模拟、精确定位支撑体系的立杆位置、优化清水混凝土配合比和浇筑流程等措施,达到了清水混凝土仿古屋面的成形观感质量要求,具有可实施性、安全性高、经济性良好的特点。
Based on the special-shaped hyperboloid fair faced concrete roof structure of Leshan Giant Buddha tourist center project,the construction technology of special-shaped hyperboloid fair faced concrete roof is introduced.By using BIM technology to simulate complex node working conditions,accurately locate the vertical pole position of the support system,optimize the fair faced concrete mix proportion and pouring process,the forming appearance quality requirements of fair faced concrete antique roof are met,which has the characteristics of practicability,high safety and good economy.
