摘要
目的分析探讨听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练及降低患儿的屏幕暴露时间在儿童孤独症康复治疗中的效果。方法将我院儿科2019年9月至2020年9月接诊的60例儿童孤独症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组接受康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练及降低患儿的屏幕暴露时间,两组均治疗6个月。进而采用孤独症儿童行为检查量表(ABC)、自闭症儿童心理教育评核-第三版(PEP-3)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)及盖塞尔神经发育量表(gesell)对两组患儿治疗前后的治疗疗效加以比较分析。结果治疗前两组患儿ABC评分、PEP-3评分、ATEC评分及gesell评分均比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后观察组患儿的ABC评分、ATEC评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PEP-3评分与gesell评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论听觉统合训练联合家庭康复训练在儿童孤独症康复治疗中有良好的效果。
Objective To analyze the effects of auditory integration training combined with family rehabilitation training and reducing the screen exposure time of children in rehabilitation treatment of children with autism.Methods A total of 60 children with autism who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were taken as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,and the observation group received auditory integration training combined with home rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group and reduced the screen exposure time of the children.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Then use the Autistic Children’s Behavior Checklist(ABC),Psychological Educational Assessment for Autistic Children-Third Edition(PEP-3),Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC)and Gessel Neurodevelopment Scale(gesell)To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ABC score,PEP-3 score,ATEC score,and gesell score between the two groups of children(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the ABC score and ATEC score of the observation group were lowerControl group(P<0.05);PEP-3 score and gesell score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auditory integration training combined with family rehabilitation training has a good effect in the rehabilitation of children with autism.
