摘要
目的研究在耳鼻喉科短小手术中应用瑞芬太尼的临床价值。方法回顾性方式展开此研究,时段限制在2020年1月~12月,对象为我院耳鼻喉科180例小手术治疗者,遵照"平衡序贯法"分组将其分为对照组(90例,芬太尼诱导麻醉)和观察组(90例,瑞芬太尼诱导麻醉),观察两组术前、术中血流动力学指标以及不良反应情况。结果观察组血流动力学较为稳定,且不良反应发生率明显比对照组低,P<0.05。结论在耳鼻喉科短小手术中选择麻醉药物,与芬太尼相较,临床更建议推广瑞芬太尼,麻醉效果显著且患者不良反应少。
Objective To study the clinical value of remifentanil in short ENT surgery.Methods This study was carried out in a retrospective manner,and the time period was limited to January-December 2020.The subjects were 180 patients undergoing minor surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology in our hospital.They were divided into the control group according to the"balance sequential method".Patients,fentanyl-induced anesthesia)and observation group(90 patients,remifentanil-induced anesthesia),observe the preoperative and intraoperative hemodynamic indicators and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The hemodynamics of the observation group was relatively stable,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In otolaryngology short surgery,choose anesthetics.Compared with fentanyl,it is recommended to promote remifentanil in clinic.The anesthesia effect is significant and the patient has fewer adverse reactions.
