摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与2型糖尿病慢性并发症的相关性。方法纳入2型糖尿病患者79例,测定多导睡眠图和足部感觉神经指标,分析OSAHS与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性。结果合并OSAHS组的多导睡眠图(AHI、ODI)、左下肢和右下肢(足趾、足背)VPT、糖尿病周围神经病变高于未合并OSAHS组,合并OSAHS组多导睡眠图(SaO_(2)-L、SaO_(2)-M)低于未合并OSAHS组,有差异(P<0.05)。OSAHS与左下肢和右下肢(足趾、足背)VPT正相关,糖尿病周围神经病变与AHI、ODI正相关,与SaO_(2)-L、SaO_(2)-M负相关(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS与2型糖尿病周围神经病变相关,应引起重视。
Objective To explore the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 79 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study.Polysomnography and foot sensory nerve indexes were measured to analyze the correlation between OSAHS and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results The polysomnography(AHI,ODI),VPT of left and right lower limbs(toe,dorsum of foot)and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in OSAHS group were higher than those in non OSAHS group,and the polysomnography(sao2-l,sao2-m)in OSAHS group were lower than those in non OSAHS group(P<0.05).OSAHS was positively correlated with VPT of left and right lower limbs(toe and dorsum of foot).Diabetic peripheral neuropathy was positively correlated with AHI and ODI,and negatively correlated with sao2-l and sao2-m(P<0.05).Conclusion OSAHS is associated with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which should be paid attention to.
