摘要
随着信息化技术的不断发展,将人工智能、物联网及云计算等先进技术运用于物流行业,可带来了巨大的行业发展机遇,智慧物流成为当前物流行业的发展趋势,是物流行业深度改革、提质增效的关键。当前我国饲料竞争激烈,企业竞争不在局限于产品价格,高质量的服务、优质的品牌口碑、先进的管理经验等方面成为饲料企业提升竞争力的重要方向之一。我国饲料行业也正在向物流服务一体化、电子商务营销等方向转型,智慧物流能有效提升饲料企业的运输效率。优化原材料、产成品、半成品、存货的管理过程能降低企业的物流成本和人力资源管理成本,加强风险控制水平。因此,饲料行业大力发展智慧物流服务体系建设具有十分重要的意义。本文以饲料企业为研究对象,通过论述当前饲料行业智慧物流的发展现状,并基于饲料企业智慧物流服务体系建设过程中存在的行业标准规范不完善、基础设施建设落后及相关人才缺失等问题提出解决对策,希望对构建我国饲料企业智慧物流服务体系提供参考。
With the continuous development of information technology,the application of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and cloud computing to the logistics industry has brought huge industry development opportunities.Smart logistics has become the current development trend of the logistics industry.The key to indepth reform of the industry and improvement of quality and efficiency.At present,my country’s feed competition is fierce.The competition of enterprises is not limited to the price of products.High-quality service,high-quality brand reputation,and advanced management experience have also become one of the important directions for feed enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.my country’s feed industry is also transforming towards integration of logistics services and e-commerce marketing.Smart logistics can effectively improve the transportation efficiency of feed companies.Optimize the management process of raw materials,finished products,semi-finished products and inventory,and can reduce the logistics cost and human resource management cost of the enterprise,and strengthen the level of risk control.Therefore,it is of great significance for the feed industry to vigorously develop the construction of a smart logistics service system.This article takes feed companies as the research object,discusses the current development status of smart logistics in the feed industry,and raises issues based on the imperfect industry standards and regulations,backward infrastructure construction,and lack of relevant talents in the process of building smart logistics service systems for feed companies.The countermeasures are hoped to provide reference and help for the construction of the intelligent logistics service system of my country’s feed enterprises.
