摘要
目的对耳鼻喉科器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理的效果进行分析。方法2020年1月~2021年1月,挑选32例消毒供应中心工作人员,以及耳鼻喉科器械264套,随机分组,研究组16例工作人员和132套器械,进行集中管理,对照组16例工作人员和132套器械,常规管理,比较清洗合格率、包装合格率、破损耗损率、发生感染率以及工作质量,结果与对照组比较,研究组器械的清洗合格率、包装合格率高(P<0.05),破损耗损率、发生感染率低(P<0.05),与对照组比较,研究组工作质量高(P<0.05)。结论对耳鼻喉科器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理,管理效果显著,可以提高工作人员的工作质量,且可以提高器械清洗合格率、包装合格率,降低破损耗损率和发生感染率,具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of centralized management of ENT equipment in the central sterile supply center.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,32 cases of staff in the disinfection supply center and 264 sets of ENT equipment were selected and randomly divided into study group(16 cases of staff and 132 sets of equipment)and control group(16 cases of staff and 132 sets of equipment),Results Compared with the control group,the qualified rate of cleaning and packaging in the study group was higher(P<0.05),the rate of breakage and loss and the rate of infection were lower(P<0.05),and the work quality in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The centralized management of ENT equipment in the disinfection and supply center has a significant effect,which can improve the work quality of staff,improve the qualified rate of cleaning and packaging,and reduce the damage rate and infection rate.
