摘要
目的护理干预在小儿上呼吸道感染中伴鼻咽喉相关症状的临床效果。方法选取我院小儿上呼吸道感染中伴鼻咽喉相关症状患儿78例(2019年5月~2020年5月),随机分为综合护理的观察组(39例)与常规护理的对照组(39例),观察患儿恢复情况、舒适度。结果与对照组相比,观察组咳嗽消失、退热及鼻痒、闭塞消失时间短,舒适度评分高,P<0.05。结论在小儿上呼吸道感染中伴鼻咽喉相关症状患儿护理中应用综合护理,能促进患儿临床症状的消失,提高其舒适度,值得借鉴。
Objective Nursing intervention in children with upper respiratory tract infection with nasopharyngology related symptoms of the clinical effect. Methods 78 children with upper respiratory tract infection associated with nasolaryngopharyngeal symptoms in our hospital(May 2019 to May 2020) were randomly divided into the observation group of comprehensive care(39 cases) and the control group of routine care(39 cases), to observe the recovery and comfort of children. Results Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of cough, fever, nasal itching and occlusion in the observation group was shorter, and the comfort score was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with upper respiratory tract infection with nasolaryngology related symptoms can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and improve their comfort, which is worthy of reference.
