摘要
食品药品安全关乎社会安定和人们健康,不容忽视,因此,需要格外关注食品药品的检验检测工作质量。文章针对食品药品的实验室建设原则和内部组成系统展开分析,并结合实验室的质量控制具体措施和管理方面进行研究,以期不断提升食品药品检验检测实验室的工作质量,并不断推动检验检测行业的发展进步。
Food and drug safety is related to social stability and people’s health,and cannot be ignored.Therefore,special attention is paid to the quality of inspection and testing of food and drug work.This paper analyzes the laboratory construction principles and internal composition system for food and drug,and studies the specific measures and management of the laboratory,in order to continuously improve the quality of the food and drug inspection and testing laboratory,and constantly promote the development and progress of the inspection and testing industry.
