摘要
在化工安全生产管理中,若能应用双控预防机制,有利于打造良好的安全生产环境,便于促进化工行业的可持续发展。文章分析了双控预防机制在化工安全生产管理中的必要性,并围绕化工安全生产管理工作的不足之处,经由实施管理岗位双检模式、编制完善化应急预案、设置统一化管理标准、建立风险评估排查制度等措施,促使化工领域逐步达成安全生产战略目标。
In the management of chemical safety production,if the double control and prevention mechanism can be applied,it will help to create a good safety production environment and promote the sustainable development of the chemical industry.This paper briefly analyzes the necessity of double control and prevention mechanism in chemical safety production management,and around the shortcomings of chemical safety production management,through the implementation of management post double inspection mode,the preparation of perfect emergency plan,the setting of unif ied management standards,the establishment of risk assessment and investigation system and other measures,promote the chemical industry to gradually achieve the strategic goal of safety production.
