古交区块煤层气L型水平井排采工艺及配套技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 由于L型水平井具有全角变化率大、井斜角大、斜井段长且水平位移大的特点,加上古交区块煤储层水平段吐砂、吐煤粉严重,单井产水量小(小于1 m^(3)/d),排采过程中易卡泵、易气锁等特征,为后期排采带来困难。通过已有21口L型水平井的排采经验,摸索出了适宜古交区块煤储层特征的以抽油机加新型斜井泵工艺为主体,配套防偏磨、防气锁、柱塞泵循环洗井、负压捞砂等技术的排采工艺,取得一定成效。 Because of the characteristics of large change rate of full angle, large inclined angle, long inclined section and large horizontal displacement, L-type horizontal well has the characteristics of sand discharge and coal powder discharge in the horizontal section of block coal reservoir in Gujiao block, small water yield of single well(less than one cubic meter one day), easy gas lock during the process of production discharge, which brings great difficulties for later production. Through the experience of 21 L-type horizontal wells, a set of technology of drainage and production suitable for the characteristics of block coal reservoir in Gujiao block is explored.
