摘要
为了防范综采工作面初采顶板瓦斯事故,促进智能化综采安全高效回采,通过对龙滩煤电公司3122N工作面顶板条件及煤层瓦斯抽采进行全面分析,制定了深孔爆破致裂、浅部强制放顶、静态膨胀预裂、水压致裂补充和煤壁钻孔卸压、工作面配风强化、采空区瓦斯抽采等一系列顶板控制技术和瓦斯防治措施,总结了综采工作面初采顶板控制技术及瓦斯防治措施实践效果和经验,为类似条件推广实施提供借鉴。
In order to prevent the gas accident of the initial roof of the fully mechanized face and promote the safe and efficient recovery of intelligent comprehensive mining, through the comprehensive analysis of the roof conditions and coal seam gas extraction of 3122 N working face of Longtan coal power company, the deep hole blasting cracking, shallow forced caving, static expansion presplitting,water pressure fracturing supplement and pressure relief of coal wall drilling, strengthening of working face distribution, gas extraction in goaf are formulated a series of roof control technology and gas control measures, such as mining, are summarized, and the practical effect and experience of the roof control technology and gas control measures in the first mining face of comprehensive mining face are summarized, which can provide reference for the promotion and implementation of similar conditions.
