摘要
目前煤矿业传统的破碎机进行煤泥饼破碎时颗粒较大,破碎颗粒黏结内壁,造成破碎效果差且工作效率低。为了解决传统破碎机相关机体、破碎结构以及驱动传动等一系列不合理设计,造成的破碎效果、工作效率和利用效率低等技术问题,从这些实际问题着手,进行了一段探索与试验,最终研究设计出一种不黏齿、不堵料、粉碎颗粒粒径在10 mm以下且不会二次黏结的新型高水分煤泥饼破碎机。该新型破碎机不但破碎效果好,可将破碎后的煤泥饼直接掺入精煤中,提高经济效益。在满足产品质量要求的前提下获得最大精煤产率,同时力求最高的经济效益和社会效益。
At present, a traditional crusher in coal mining industry has large particle size when crushing slime cake, which results in poor crushing effect and low working efficiency. In order to solve the technical problems caused by a series of unreasonable designs such as the relevant body, the crushing structure and the driving transmission of the existed crusher, this work starts from these practical problems, after a period of exploration and experimentation, a new type of high moisture coal cake crusher with non-sticked teeth, non-blocking material, pulverizing particle diameter less than 10 mm and no secondary adhesion was designed, finally. The new crusher not only has good crushing effect, but also can directly mix the crushed coal cake into the clean coal and increase the economic benefit. On the premise of satisfying the product quality requirements, the maximum clean coal yield is obtained, and the highest economic and social benefits are sought.
