摘要
上海市公立医院保洁运送作为首批社会外包项目,已历经20多年的管理与实践。以16家三级公立医院社会化情况调研为基础,结合笔者20多年"管理与服务"经验,总结上海市三级公立医院保洁运送服务社会化进展,分析两种外包模式的优劣势,提出上海市三级公立医院保洁运送社会化管理存在的不足及建议、服务评价及管理者胜任力提升的可能路径。
As the first batch of social outsourcing projects, cleaning and transportation services of public hospitals in Shanghai has experienced more than 20 years of management and practice. Based on the investigation on the socialization of 16 tertiary public hospitals, combined with the author’s over 30 years of experiences in "management and service", this paper summarizes the progress of the socialization of cleaning and transportation services in tertiary public hospitals in Shanghai, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two outsourcing modes, puts forward the shortcomings in and suggestions for the socialization management of cleaning and transportation in tertiary public hospitals in Shanghai, and proposes possible paths for service evaluation and improvement in administration competency.
