缓释配方肥促进胡椒花穗增加的生理机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 以缓释配方肥调控胡椒源叶淀粉累积影响胡椒生殖生长过程为研究对象,基于胡椒养分需求规律,采用不同量的缓释配方肥处理4龄胡椒,测定胡椒源叶养分含量、光合作用参数、糖代谢指标以及花穗数量等指标。结果表明,1/2的缓释配方肥处理有效调节了胡椒主花期产量生理学过程,显著增加了胡椒主花期后期源叶蔗糖含量,降低了源叶淀粉含量,从而促进花穗数目增加。化学肥料的减量施用并未降低胡椒产量,说明适量施肥可以正调控产量生理学过程,提高养分效率。 In this study,the effects of slow-release formula fertilizer regulating the accumulation of starch in pepper source leaves on the reproductive growth of pepper were studied.Based on the rule of pepper nutrient demand,different amount of slow-release formula fertilizer were used to treat pepper at the age of four years,and the indexes of nutrients content in pepper source leaves,photosynthetic parameters,glucose metabolism and the spike numbers were determined.The results showed that the 1/2 slow-release formula fertilizer could effectively regulate the physiological process of pepper yield at the main flowering stage,significantly increased the sucrose content in the source leaf and decreased starch content in the source leaves at the late main flowering stage,thus effectively promoted the increase of panicle numbers.Reduction of chemical fertilizer application did not reduce pepper yield,indicating that appropriate could positively regulate the physiological process of yield and improve nutrient efficiency.
