摘要
试验研究甘草、淫羊藿、银杏、党参、黄芪中药组方(GYYDH)对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和肉品质的影响。选取1日龄AA肉鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。空白组(KB)饮水不加药物,GYYDH20组、GYYDH40组和GYYDH80组分别在饮水中按照20、40和80 g/L添加GYYDH药液。试验期42 d。结果显示,与KB组相比,GYYDH40组肉鸡的末重和平均日增重极显著升高(P<0.01),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);GYYDH20组肉鸡料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与KB组相比,GYYDH40组肉鸡的半净膛率、全净膛率和胸肌率显著升高(P<0.05);GYYDH20组、GYYDH40组和GYYDH80组胸肌失水率显著降低(P<0.05);GYYDH40组胸肌和腿肌滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05);GYYDH40组胸肌的蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05);GYYDH20组和GYYDH40组腿肌的蒸煮损失均显著降低(P<0.05);GYYDH40组胸肌红度显著升高(P<0.05),黄度显著降低(P<0.05),GYYDH20组和GYYDH40组腿肌黄度均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,GYYDH能够促进肉鸡的生长,改善屠宰性能和肉品质。
The experiment studied the effect of licorice,epimedium,ginkgo,dangshen and astragalus Chinese herbal formula(GYYDH)on growth performance,slaughter performance and meat quality of broilers.2401-day-old AA broilers were selected and divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and 20 broilers in each replicate.KB group was the blank group drinking water without medicine,GYYDH20 group,GYYDH40 group and GYYDH80 group added 20,40 and 80 g/L of GYYDH liquid medicine in the drinking water,respectively.The experiment period lasted for 42 d.The results showed that compared with the KB group,the final weight and average daily gain of broilers in GYYDH40 group were extremely increased(P<0.01).The feed to gain ratio of GYYDH40 group was extremely reduced(P<0.01),and the feed to gain ratio of broilers in GYYDH20 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the KB group,the half evisceration rate,full evisceration rate and chest muscle rate of broilers in GYYDH40 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The water loss rate of pectoral muscles in GYYDH20 group,GYYDH40 group and GYYDH80 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Drip loss of breast and leg muscles in GYYDH40 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Cooking loss of breast muscle in GYYDH40 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),cooking loss of leg muscle in GYYDH20 group and GYYDH40 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The redness of pectoralis muscle in GYYDH40 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the yellowness of pectoral muscle was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the yellowness of leg muscles in GYYDH20 group and GYYDH40 group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that GYYDH can promote the growth of broilers,improve slaughter performance and meat quality.
