摘要
试验探索饲料中添加沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)对皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai)幼鲍生长性能、抗氧化能力及非特异性免疫的影响。选择4500只初始壳长(11.19±1.05)mm、体重(0.17±0.06)g的皱纹盘鲍,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复300只皱纹盘鲍。分别向各组幼鲍基础饲料中添加0(对照)、0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%的沼泽红假单胞菌干菌粉。试验期90 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲料中添加沼泽红假单胞菌可以显著提高幼鲍存活率、壳长特定生长率、体质量特定生长率、饲料效率、蛋白质效率(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加沼泽红假单胞菌可以显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加沼泽红假单胞菌显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、酚氧化酶(PO)、溶菌酶(LZM)活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加沼泽红假单胞菌可以显著改善皱纹盘鲍幼鲍生长性能、增强抗氧化能力及非特异性免疫功能,以0.75%添加量效果最优。
The experiment explored the effect of adding Rhodopseudomonas palustris in feed on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and nonspecific immunity of juvenile abalone Haliotis discus hannai.4500 Haliotis discus hannai with initial shell length(11.19±1.05)mm and initial body weight(0.17±0.06)g were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and 300 Haliotis discus hannai in each replicate.Add 0(control),0.25%,0.50%,0.75%and 1.00%dry powder of Rhodopseudomonas palustris to the basic feed for each group of young abalones.The trial period lasted for 90 d.The results showed that dietary supplementation of R.palustris significantly increased survival rate,shell length specific growth rate,body weight specific growth rate,feed efficiency ratio and protein efficiency ratio(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of SOD,T-AOC,CAT,GSH-Px were significantly increased by adding R.palustris in feed(P<0.05),while the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activities of AKP,ACP,PO and LZM were significantly increased by adding R.palustris in feed(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and nonspecific immune function of juvenile abalone Haliotis discus hannai are significantly improved by the addition of R.palustris in diets,and the optimal addition amount is 0.75%.
