生物质腰果酚酯羧酸盐表面活性剂的合成及性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用生物质原料腰果酚与马来酸酐通过酯化反应合成出一种绿色腰果酚表面活性剂顺丁烯二酸腰果酚酯羧酸盐。通过单因素实验对酯化反应条件进行优化,得到较优的反应条件:投料摩尔比n(腰果酚)∶n(马来酸酐)∶n(对甲苯磺酸)为1∶1.3∶0.010,反应温度为170℃,反应时间为4 h,收率为87.95%。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对产物进行结构表征,并在25℃下对其进行表面张力性能测定:临界胶束浓度(CMC)为3.98×10^(-3)mol/L,最低表面张力γ_(CMC)为39.64 mN/m。考察不同浓度下该表面活性剂与月桂酸钠、油酸钠泡沫性能对比以及该表面活性剂对烷基苯基硅油、液体石蜡、玉米油乳化效果对比。结果表明:顺丁烯二酸腰果酚酯羧酸盐具有更低的起泡性,对玉米油的乳化效果最佳。 A new green surfactant,cardanol maleate monoester carboxylate,was synthesized by esterification of cardanol and maleic anhydride. The single factor experiment was performed to improve the yield of esterification. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of cardanol,maleic anhydride and p-toluene sulfonic acid of 1∶1.3∶0.010,the reaction temperature of 170 ℃ and the reaction time of 4 hours. The yield was 87. 95%. The structure of the product was characterized by the fourier transform infrared spectrometer( FT-IR),and its surface tension was measured at 25 ℃:CMC = 3.98 × 10^(-3) mol/L,γ_(CMC)= 39.64 mN/m.Under different concentrations,the foaming effects of the cardanol maleate monoester carboxylate were compared with sodium laurate and sodium oleate. The emulsifying effects were compared with alkyl phenyl silicone oil,liquid paraffin and corn oil. The results showed that this surfactant had lower foaming ability and had the best emulsifying effect in corn oil.
