摘要
针对传统运维方式盲目低效,以及二次设备快速增长的运维需求与运检人员短缺之间的矛盾日益突出的问题,文章设计了一种基于云边协同的集控式继电保护设备智能运维实现方法。利用数据挖掘技术从海量录波数据中提炼案例样本形成知识库,采用了案例推理技术对筛选的异常案例提供原因分析和处理预案,建立了二次设备状态评估模型和评分等级,从定量和定性2个角度进行设备状态评估,定向发布评估结果供运检人员有计划有准备地进行设备维护。实践结果表明,该方法在设备态势感知和常态化集中管理方面有良好的应用效果,可实现智能运维的目标。所提方法具有实用性和推广性,在降低当前设备检修工作量的同时,为未来设备选型提供经验总结和大数据支持。
Aiming at the blind inefficiency of traditional operation and maintenance method,as well as the increasingly prominent contradiction between the rapid growth of the operation and maintenance requirements of the secondary equipment and the shortage of operation and maintenance personnel,a centralized intelligent operation and maintenance method of relay protection equipment based on cloud-edge collaboration is proposed.This paper used DM technology to extract case samples from massive recording data to form a knowledge base,adopted CBR technology to provide cause analysis and handling plans for filtering abnormal cases,established a secondary equipment status evaluation model and scoring level to assess the equipment condition from the two perspectives of qualitative and qualitative,and published the assessment results directionally for the inspection personnel to carry out equipment maintenance in a planned and prepared manner.The practical results show that this method has good effects on equipment situational awareness and the normalized centralized management,and achieve the goal of intelligent operation and maintenance.The proposed method is practical and popular,it can provide experience summary and big data support for future equipment selection while reducing the current equipment maintenance workload.
