摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,我国部分地区的资源环境承载能力已濒临甚至达到上限,特别是在人口高度聚焦的较发达地区,面临着资源枯竭、环境污染等问题。因此,为了谋求大城市的更好发展,实现环境友好与城市的可持续发展,急需对大城市的资源环境承载潜力进行合理评价。本文选取了与成都市经济发展密切相关的水资源、土地资源、地下空间资源构建成都市资源潜力评价指标体系,并建立基于PSR模型从压力、状态和响应3个方面构建了成都市环境承载潜力评价指标体系,力求资源环境承载潜力评价从“经验驱动”向“数据驱动”转变,并为可持续发展提供依据。
With the continuous development of economy and society,the carrying capacity of resources and environment in some areas of China has approached or even reached the limit,especially in the developed areas where the population is highly concentrated,which face problems such as resource exhaustion and environmental pollution.Therefore,in order to achieve better development of large cities,environmental friendliness and sustainable development of cities,it is urgent to evaluate the resources and environment carrying potential of large cities.This paper selected the water resources,land resources and underground space resources,which are closely related to the economic development of Chengdu,to construct the resource potential evaluation index system for Chengdu.Based on the PSR model,the resource and environment carrying potential evaluation index system for Chengdu was constructed from three aspects of pressure,state,and response,striving to transform the resource and environment carrying potential evaluation from″experience-driven″to″data-driven″,and providing a basis for sustainable development.
