摘要
对近年来深圳高层和超高层建筑出现的一些新结构体系和设计难点进行介绍和讨论,如结构受力与非受力位移、结构层侧向刚度计算方法、局部外框梁缺失的框筒结构、特大高宽比超高层结构、一向少墙高层剪力墙结构、多塔连体结构、带斜柱转折柱高层结构、带环带桁架巨型结构、大震设计方法等,上述问题的出现和解决体现了高层建筑结构设计中的创新,也为规范的修订提供了内容。
Some new structural systems and design difficulties of high-rise and super high-rise buildings in Shenzhen in recent years were introduced and discussed, such as forced displacement and non-forced displacement of structure, story lateral stiffness calculation method of structure layer, frame tube structure with partial frame beam missing, super high-rise structure with great height width ratio, high-rise shear wall structure with less walls in one direction, multi-towers structure connected by linking bridge, high-rise structure with inclined column and turning column, giant structure with ring belt truss, large earthquake design method etc. The emergence and solution of these problems reflect the innovation of the structural design of high-rise buildings, which also provides content for the revision of the specification.
